Reviews help the Findin community make informed decisions about where to go and what to experience. Your honest feedback helps others discover great spots and helps places and businesses improve.
How to Write a Review
- Visit the spot's page - Navigate to the listing you want to review
- Click "Write a Review" - Find this button on the listing page
- Rate your experience - Use the star rating system (1-5 stars)
- Share your experience - Write about what you liked or didn't like
- Add photos (optional) - Include images from your visit
- Submit your review - Your review will be visible to the community
What You Can Review
- Local Picks: Community-curated favorite places and hidden gems
- Business Listings: Official profiles managed by the business
Review Guidelines
Do:
- Be honest and constructive
- Focus on your personal experience
- Mention specific details (service, ambiance, value)
- Include both positives and areas for improvement
- Update your review if circumstances change
Don't:
- Use offensive or abusive language
- Share private information about others
- Post fake or misleading reviews
- Review your own business or competitor's business
- Include promotional content or spam
Tips for Helpful Reviews
- Be specific about what made your experience great or not
- Mention when you visited (weekday/weekend, time of day)
- Share context (solo visit, with family, special occasion)
- Include photos to give others a better sense of the place
- Keep it relevant and recent
What Happens After You Submit
Once submitted, your review is immediately visible on the listing. Business owners can respond to your review, and you'll receive a notification if they do.
