This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited conduct on FINDIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Findin," "we," "us," or "our") platform. By using our platform, you agree to these rules.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Findin to:

Illegal Activity

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Promote or facilitate illegal activities
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes

Harmful Content

• Post hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment
• Share violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Post sexually explicit or inappropriate content
• Endanger minors or exploit children in any way
• Promote self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities

Fraud & Deception

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or rankings
• Engage in phishing, scams, or fraudulent schemes

Abuse & Harassment

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Stalk or invade someone's privacy
• Share personal information of others without consent (doxxing)
• Coordinate attacks or brigading against users or businesses

Spam & Misuse

• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the platform
• Post irrelevant or repetitive content

Security & Technical Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt platform services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

Local Picks Authenticity

Local Picks are user-curated entries for favorite places and hidden gems. To keep Local Picks trustworthy, you must:

• Only create Picks for real places you genuinely recommend
• Use accurate, up-to-date information about the place (name, location, hours if known)
• Do not use Local Picks for promotion, spam, or to attack individuals or competitors
• Label sponsored or compensated content in accordance with our disclosures

Regulated Goods & Services

You may not use Findin to promote, sell, or facilitate illegal or regulated items or services where prohibited by law, including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, explosives, or firearms accessories where prohibited
• Counterfeit goods, pirated media, or stolen property
• Adult services, prostitution, or sexually exploitative content
• Unlicensed medical, legal, or financial services; misleading health claims
• Gambling services without applicable licenses

Automation & Scraping

To protect the integrity of our discovery index and user privacy, you may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data (including listings, reviews, or user information) without prior written permission
• Bypass or interfere with robots.txt, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots to create accounts, post content, or manipulate metrics
• Bulk download, replicate, or mirror Findin content or databases

Security Research & Disclosure

Do not perform testing that could disrupt the Platform. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, responsibly disclose it to support@findin.app and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure. Unauthorized access, data exfiltration, or privacy violations are strictly prohibited.

Sanctions & Export Controls

You may not use the Platform if you are located in an embargoed jurisdiction or are on applicable sanctions lists, or to conduct business with such persons or entities. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal
• Account warnings or restrictions
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Reporting to law enforcement when appropriate
• Legal action for severe violations

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately:

• Use the "Report" button on listings, reviews, or profiles
• Contact us at support@findin.app
• Provide specific details and evidence when possible

Appeals

If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@findin.app within 14 days. Include relevant details and evidence to support your appeal.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated on-site and by updating the effective date.
