This guide is intended for business owners and managers responding to reviews on their Business Listings. Reviews on Findin may appear on both community Local Picks and Business Listings; this page covers best practices for official business responses.

Why Respond to Reviews

Responding to reviews shows that you value customer feedback and are engaged with your community. It's an opportunity to thank customers, address concerns, and show potential customers that you care about providing excellent service.

How to Respond

  1. Access your reviews - Go to your profile and click on the "Reviews Received" tab
  2. Find the review - Locate the review you want to respond to
  3. Click "Reply to this review" - This opens the response form
  4. Write your response - Keep it professional and constructive
  5. Submit - Your response will appear below the review

Best Practices

For Positive Reviews

  • Thank the reviewer personally
  • Mention specific details they appreciated
  • Invite them to visit again
  • Keep it genuine and warm

For Negative Reviews

  • Respond promptly and professionally
  • Acknowledge their concerns
  • Apologize if appropriate
  • Explain what you're doing to improve
  • Offer to continue the conversation offline
  • Never get defensive or argumentative

Response Tips

  • Respond within 24-48 hours when possible
