Findin Platform Fee Structure

This document outlines the fee structure for using the Findin platform. Our aim is to provide clear and transparent information regarding the costs associated with our services for both Guests and Hosts.

1. Guest Service Fees

Findin charges a Guest Service Fee to help cover the costs of running our platform, including 24/7 customer support, platform maintenance, and secure payment processing. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the booking subtotal (listing price + cleaning fees + additional guest fees, if any, but excluding taxes and security deposits).

• Current Fee: The standard Guest Service Fee is 12%.
• Visibility: The exact amount of the Guest Service Fee will be clearly displayed to you on the checkout page before you confirm your booking.

2. Host Service Fees

Findin charges a Host Service Fee to help cover the costs of processing payments, marketing your listings, and providing customer support. This fee is calculated as a percentage of the booking subtotal (listing price + cleaning fees + additional guest fees, if any, but excluding taxes and security deposits).

• Current Fee: The standard Host Service Fee is 2%.
• Deduction: This fee is automatically deducted from your payout. You will see a clear breakdown of the deduction in your transaction history.

3. Additional Fees and Charges

3.1. Taxes

Applicable taxes (e.g., Goods and Services Tax - GST) may be added to both Guest and Host Service Fees as required by Pakistani law. For more details on tax responsibilities, please refer to our Tax Policy.

3.2. Currency Conversion Fees

If you pay in a currency different from the listing's currency, your bank or payment processor may charge a currency conversion fee. Findin does not control these fees and is not responsible for them.

4. How Fees Are Displayed

All applicable fees and taxes will be itemized clearly during the booking process, allowing you to see the total cost before confirming your reservation. Hosts will see the breakdown of their payouts, including deducted fees, in their transaction history.

5. Changes to Fee Structure

Findin reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by updating this policy or through other communications on the platform.
