Findin Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and standards that govern your use of the Findin platform, including our websites, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Its purpose is to protect the safety, integrity, and reliability of our community and our Platform.

This AUP is an integral part of our Terms of Service. By using the Findin Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations can result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Introduction: Our Guiding Principles

Your use of the Findin Platform must be:

• Lawful: In compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws of Pakistan.
• Honest: Truthful and transparent in your identity and the content you provide.
• Respectful: Considerate of the rights and dignity of other community members.
• Secure: In a way that does not compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

2. Prohibited Uses: General

In general, you may not use the Findin Platform in any manner that we, in our sole discretion, deem to be abusive, harmful, or that could damage our reputation or business operations. This includes using the Platform for any purpose other than its intended use as a marketplace for booking Stays, Experiences, and Travel Packages.

3. Specific Prohibitions: Illegal and Harmful Activities

3.1. Illegal Activities

You may not use the Findin Platform to conduct, promote, or facilitate any activity that is illegal under Pakistani law. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Terrorism: Promoting, planning, or celebrating any act of terrorism or violent extremism.
• Trafficking: Facilitating human trafficking, prostitution, or the sale of illegal goods (e.g., narcotics, illegal weapons).
• Defamation: Publishing false statements that harm the reputation of another person.
• Blasphemy: Creating or sharing content that is an offense against the glory of Islam or other religions.
• Threats to National Security: Sharing content that threatens the security, integrity, or defense of Pakistan.

3.2. Hate Speech, Harassment, and Violent Content

• You may not post or transmit content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• You may not engage in harassment, bullying, or stalking of other members.
• You may not share content that is graphically violent or that glorifies violence.

3.3. Adult and Sexually Explicit Content

The Findin Platform is not a place for sexually explicit content. You may not post or transmit any content that is pornographic, depicts sexual acts, or offers sexual services.

3.4. Child Safety

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content that endangers children. Any content depicting or suggesting child sexual abuse will be removed immediately, the user's account will be terminated, and the incident will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Specific Prohibitions: Platform Integrity and Security

4.1. Unauthorized Access and Interference

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Findin Platform, our systems, or our users' accounts. This includes:

• Using another person's account without their permission.
• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.
• Breaching or circumventing any security or authentication measures.
• Interfering with the service provided to any user, host, or network (e.g., via a denial-of-service attack).

4.2. Malicious Software

You may not upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.

4.3. Platform Abuse

• Scraping: You may not use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to systematically collect data from the Findin Platform without our express written permission.
• Spam: You may not use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages, promotions, or advertisements.
• Phishing: You may not use the Platform to engage in phishing or any other activity designed to collect sensitive personal information from other users.

5. Specific Prohibitions: Fraud and Misrepresentation

5.1. Impersonation and Deceptive Content

• You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• You may not create a fake account or profile.
• You may not post any content that is knowingly false, misleading, or deceptive.

5.2. Financial Fraud

You may not use the Platform to engage in any form of financial fraud. This includes using stolen or unauthorized credit cards, attempting to make payments with insufficient funds, or any other fraudulent payment activity.

6. Specific Prohibitions: Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not use the Findin Platform to:

• Infringe Copyright: Upload, post, or transmit any content that infringes upon the copyright of another party.
• Infringe Trademark: Use any trademark, logo, or brand name in a way that is likely to cause confusion about the origin or endorsement of a product or service.

7. Enforcement of this Policy

Findin reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. When we become aware of a potential violation, we may initiate an investigation, which can include gathering information from the user involved and from third parties.

Based on the outcome of our investigation, we may, in our sole discretion, take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a formal warning.
• Remove the violating content.
• Temporarily suspend your account.
• Permanently terminate your account and your access to the Platform.
• Report the activity to law enforcement authorities.

We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking action. The severity of the violation will determine the enforcement action.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you should report it to Findin Support immediately through the reporting tools on our platform or by contacting us directly. We thank you for helping us keep the Findin community safe and secure.
