FINDIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Findin," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to fostering an inclusive platform where everyone feels welcome. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated.

Our Commitment

We are dedicated to maintaining a community free from discrimination based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex, marital status, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by law.

For Businesses

Businesses listing on Findin must:

  • Serve all customers equally regardless of protected characteristics
  • Maintain inclusive business practices and policies
  • Not deny service based on discriminatory reasons
  • Provide accessible facilities and services where legally required
  • Treat all customer inquiries and bookings equally

For Users

Users of Findin must:

  • Treat all businesses and other users with respect
  • Not post discriminatory content in reviews or listings
  • Respect business policies that comply with this policy
  • Report discriminatory behavior when encountered

Protected Classes

Discrimination based on any protected characteristic is prohibited. Protected characteristics may include: race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion or creed, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital or familial status, disability, genetic information, age, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

The following is explicitly prohibited on our platform:

  • Refusing service to customers based on protected characteristics
  • Posting discriminatory content, reviews, or listings
  • Using hate speech or derogatory language
  • Creating or maintaining exclusive policies that discriminate
  • Retaliating against users who report discrimination

Reasonable Accommodations

Where required by law, businesses should make reasonable accommodations for customers with disabilities, such as accessible entrances or alternative access arrangements. If accommodations are unavailable, businesses should communicate limitations transparently and offer reasonable alternatives when possible.

Reporting Discrimination

If you experience or witness discrimination on Findin:

  • Use the "Report" button on the listing or content
  • Contact us at support@findin.app
  • Provide specific details about the incident
  • Include any relevant screenshots or evidence

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Listing suspension or removal
  • Account warnings
  • Permanent account termination
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities when applicable

Exceptions

Legitimate business practices are permitted where legally allowed, such as age-appropriate services, gender-specific facilities, or religious organization policies that comply with applicable law.

No Retaliation

Retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination, participates in an investigation, or exercises their rights under this Policy is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action.
