Intellectual Property Policy

FINDIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Findin," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

Copyright

By posting content on Findin, you represent that you own or have permission to use all content you submit, including text, images, videos, and other materials.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact us at support@findin.app with:

• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL or location of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you're authorized to act

DMCA Notice & Takedown (U.S. 17 U.S.C. §512)

If you are a U.S. copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on Findin infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification (a "DMCA Notice") containing the following elements:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL)
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Send DMCA Notices to our designated agent at support@findin.appwith the subject line "DMCA Notice". Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed pursuant to a DMCA Notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you have authorization to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence (or, if outside Pakistan, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice

Send Counter-Notices to support@findin.app with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice". If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

Misrepresentation

Please note that under applicable law, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing or that content was removed by mistake.

Trademarks

Using another's trademark in a misleading or unauthorized way is prohibited. Businesses may use their own registered trademarks in their listings.

Platform Content

All Findin branding, logos, design elements, and platform features are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, or use them without written permission.

User Content License

When you post content, you grant Findin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, Findin will terminate or suspend accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and to disable access to content subject to a valid notice.
