Transparency is important to FINDIN (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED ("Findin," "we," "us," or "our"). This disclosure explains how we handle sponsored content and partnerships.

What is Sponsored Content?

Sponsored content includes any listing, placement, or content where we receive compensation for featuring a business or offering more prominently.

How We Label Sponsored Content

All sponsored content is clearly labeled with tags like:

• "Sponsored"
• "Featured"
• "Promoted"
• "Partner" or "Paid Partnership"

Local Picks Are Not Ads

Community Local Picks are user-generated and must be organic. They are not paid placements. If a Local Pick involves a material connection (e.g., compensation, free goods/services), the creator must disclose it and we may relabel or remove it if it misleads users.

Types of Partnerships

Paid Placements

Businesses may pay for enhanced visibility in search results or category pages.

DMO & Tourism Board Partnerships

We may partner with destination marketing organizations and tourism boards to highlight local businesses and attractions.

Brand Partnerships

We may collaborate with brands to create curated collections or themed experiences.

Editorial Independence

Sponsorships do not influence our editorial decisions or user-generated content. Reviews and ratings remain authentic and unbiased.

FTC Compliance & Disclosures

We follow applicable advertising disclosure rules. When content or placements involve payment or material connections, we disclose that relationship clearly and conspicuously near the content.

Native Advertising Standards

• Sponsor influence is labeled and should not mislead users about the nature of the content.
• Sponsored listicles/collections are tagged and separated from organic listings.
• Sponsored content must comply with all Findin policies (AUP, Nondiscrimination, Review Policy). Local Picks must remain organic; any material connection requires clear disclosure.

Brand Safety & Restrictions

• No sponsorships for illegal or restricted products/services, or content violating our policies.
• We reserve the right to decline or remove sponsored content that harms user trust or safety.

Complaints & Removals

If you believe a sponsored placement is mislabeled or violates policy, contact support@findin.app with the URL. We review and may remove or relabel content as appropriate.

Your Trust

We only partner with businesses that meet our quality standards. Sponsored content is clearly distinguished from organic listings.
